The 2013 Retirement Fund Summary Plan Description (SPD) and all modifying Benefits Updates are provided in the links below. Please note that this SPD is no longer effective after May 31, 2019 and is provided only for reference for claims for services provided before that date. For the current Retirement Plan benefits, refer to current Retirement Plan SPD and any modifying Benefits Updates that follow.

Several modifications and/or clarifications were made to the Retirement Plan between when the 2013 Retirement Plan SPD was printed in May 2013 and when the 2019 Retirement Plan SPD was issued in June 2019.
