Full Story: In the first major portal enhancement since its launch in the summer of 2023, participants now have access to a number of new and important online self-service tools available at myportal.aftraretirement.org.

While we encourage you to read about these new upgrades available in the portal by visiting the My participant portal page, if you are already a portal user, and wish to dive right in to explore the new self-service tools, click the “Portal—sign in” button on the right rail of this website and sign in to your account to get started. If you have not created your portal account, you can also take a look at helpful FAQs by clicking the FAQs and glossary tab in the top right ribbon and scrolling to My Participant Portal FAQs to learn more about what to expect in this release.
If you have not yet received your personalized mailing, please contact us at (800) 562-4690 or send your inquiry using the same convenience of an online form through the portal Help Center. Go to the Participant toolkit tab, and select Contact Us to send a message to a Fund representative for us to review your record and circumstances.
